“I had often come across CHRP on LinkedIn and even on my Facebook feed. One day, a dear colleague from the Learning and Development team suggested that I join the CHRP program. She explained that it would offer a more experiential approach to learning various HR practices while providing the chance to connect with and learn from other HR professionals. She also mentioned that it would serve as a strong foundation for my career growth.”

What Made You Decide to Pursue CHRP Certification

“As I progressed in my HR career and took on leadership roles, I recognized the value of not just mastering the fundamentals, but also expanding my knowledge, building credibility, and establishing a solid foundation. Pursuing the CHRP certification felt like a natural step, as it would reinforce my expertise and further validate my leadership in the HR profession.”

“I don’t recall having any career goals outside of HR at that time, but I did envision myself growing into a leadership role. That’s why I was particularly interested in pursuing trainings and certifications, which I saw as an opportunity through the CHRP program.”

“Through the various trainings I attended particularly the recent Leadership Coaching and Development session with Ms. Jefrri Ann Santiago, I initially thought it would be similar to the usual practices I was familiar with. However, I was truly impressed by the new strategies and insights shared, many of which I’ve been able to apply in my role as a Global People Care Leader.
