MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants for the CHRM® designation must satisfy the following requirements:
- Successfully completed the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®) certification program and hold a valid CHRP® designation.
- Successfully complete the CHRM® Certification Program offered by an IFPM-authorized provider.
- Pass the CHRM® Certification Examination.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in human resource management or related people management functions.
- Agree to abide by the CHRM® Professional Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development, ethical leadership, and excellence in human resource management.
