The Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®) designation is the institute’s internationally recognized qualification. It embodies an assurance of the highest professional and ethical standards of HR practice.
Education
All CHRP® candidates must be graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other similar courses from recognized universities. CHRP® candidates must successfully complete a rigorous training program and pass the certification examinations.
Experience
All CHRP® candidates must have a minimum of five years of relevant human resource professional experience.
Examination
CHRP® candidates must pass a series of examinations in order to be awarded the certified membership status.
