I first saw CHRP® on Facebook, got curious, researched it, and quickly became interested.
Why did you pursue CHRP®?
When I became the top leader of our PH branch, I knew I needed the strongest HR foundation possible. I had 10+ years of people management, but I wanted to close knowledge gaps and pair experience with structured, standards-based practice. Pursuing CHRP® (and later CHRM) aligned with our core value “Never stop growing” and gave me a rigorous training ground to lead with confidence.
How did CHRP® change your HR career?
It strengthened my judgment and credibility. I make decisions with greater assurance and can guide both leadership and employees with a formal framework that complements my experience.
