“I first came across the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) program through my continuous search for professional development opportunities within the HR community. As someone who believes that learning should never stop in this profession, I regularly explore certifications and programs that can further strengthen both my knowledge and credibility as an HR practitioner. What caught my attention was how the certification emphasizes not only technical HR knowledge but also the strategic role of HR in shaping organizations and supporting people development.
