I actively searched for a professional HR credential that matched my role as HR Manager. A colleague pointed me to the CHRP® of IFPM, which recognized my years of HR work.

To strengthen my credibility and deepen my knowledge while honoring my passion for people and organizational development. I wanted meaningful recognition for the value I bring to my institution.

I completed CHRP® training in July 2025 and was authorized to use the “CHRP®” designation. The credential enhances professional credibility, creates career advancement opportunities, offers a competitive edge, expands my network, and validates my knowledge—benefits that reinforce my impact in the organization.
Did it change your approach to strategic or daily HR work?
Yes. CHRP® supports both strategic HR—workforce planning, talent management, organizational development—and operative HR, where execution and compliance are critical. It’s a well-rounded credential that helps align day-to-day tasks with long-term business goals.
