I initially started with the CHRP (Certified Human Resource Associate), but as I explored further, I realized that the CHRP® program offered a more comprehensive and internationally respected certification. It was an opportunity to not only enhance my own skills but also contribute more strategically to the company’s HR capabilities.”
Initially considering the CHRP, she recognized the CHRP®’s more comprehensive curriculum and international recognition as better aligned with her aspirations for strategic impact.
