Why did you pursue CHRP®?
I transitioned from teaching to HR and wanted formal, globally aligned training to strengthen my foundation, build credibility, and open opportunities locally and internationally.
How has CHRP® improved your HR career?
It deepened my grasp of core HR functions and best practices, increased my confidence, and strengthened my credibility when partnering with management—giving clearer direction for long-term growth.
Did opportunities open after certification?
Not yet—but I view CHRP® as a strategic investment. I’m prepared for the right opportunities when they come.
