Membership Fee is P7,500.00. The additional P300* is for the courier fee of your Membership ID. We will have delivered your Membership ID once it is available. After paying the Membership Fee, please kindly fill out the CHRP Membership Application form.

Please be reminded that we are a NON-VAT service provider and all our fees are NET of all applicable taxes. For EWT purposes, You may gross up the amount to 2%.
Step 1: Pay the CHRP Membership Fee (7,800)
Choose your Payment Method. (NOTE: PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO FULFILL STEP 2 AFTER PAYING THE MEMBERSHIP FEE)
Step 2: Fill up the CHRP Membership Application Form.
If you have already paid the CHRP Membership Fee, you may now fill up the CHRP Membership Application Form. Please kindly prepare the following first:
- Proof of Payment (Scanned Copy / Screenshot)
Make sure to upload your VALIDATED Proof of Payment with transaction details such as:- Date of Transaction
- Payment Reference no.
- Amount Paid
- For Bank Deposit transactions, Bank Account no. should be visible
