The program provided many valuable insights beyond what I had previously learned in CHRP. While there were some similarities in the topics covered, the additional knowledge and perspectives shared by the speakers made the learning experience more meaningful and beneficial.
Jan Miles B. Saul
I find the topic of HR resource allocation particularly relevant and important to our company. It would also be valuable to explore how economic factors influence employees’ decisions to seek overseas opportunities and how organizations can better address these factors to retain talent.

The CHRM program has been one of the most beneficial learning programs for me, especially as an OFW with limited time. The distance learning option is particularly valuable, as it allows me to balance my professional development with my work responsibilities. The program has helped me enhance my knowledge and skills, which I can apply to my daily work and support my continued career growth.
Rhea Guera Bautista – Bolar
This topic is essential for all HR professionals and managers, as it provides valuable knowledge and practical insights that can be applied in their roles.
Mark Daniel M. Soriano
I was not entirely satisfied with the way the course was presented. I was expecting an interactive online learning experience with a trainer and fellow participants, similar to what I experienced in the CHRP Course. I was also disappointed to learn that some of the training sessions were recorded in 2023 and 2024, which made the content feel less current. Additionally, for some important topics, I felt that certain speakers relied heavily on reading from their lecture materials rather than providing a more engaging and interactive discussion. I hope future programs can incorporate more updated content, live interaction, and engaging presentations to enhance the overall learning experience.
Mary Grace L. Rosales
The CHRM program was informative and practical, particularly because of the real-life HR examples provided. To further enhance the learning experience, it would be beneficial to include more case studies, interactive activities, and open discussions to encourage deeper understanding and practical application of the concepts.
Stephanie Rae M. Escalona
The topics were highly relevant and introduced new concepts that are well aligned with the future of work. While e-learning offers flexibility and convenience, it would be beneficial to include an in-person meetup on the first day to allow participants to connect and build relationships with fellow students. A ceremonial awarding or recognition event upon completion would also be a meaningful way to celebrate participants’ achievements.
Divina Gracia C. Esperidion
The program was transformative in shaping how I view and understand HR management.
Jessaline Cordova
The course was generally well-structured and informative. However, the quizzes should be reviewed and double-checked for errors to ensure that all questions and answers are accurate and clear.
Omi-salmah P. Punud
Everything was good overall. Thank you for the informative and worthwhile learning experience.
Mary Jhane T. Unciano
I found the content of the recorded webinars to be somewhat different from the exam coverage. While this may be manageable for those with prior experience, participants who rely mainly on the webinars may find it challenging to prepare adequately for the exams, as some topics covered in the webinars do not appear to be directly related to the exam content. It would be helpful to align the webinar materials more closely with the examination coverage.
Genevieve Rochelle Arandia Thom-Otuya
The videos should be regularly updated to reflect current trends, practices, and changes in the HR industry. This would help ensure that the learning materials remain relevant and aligned with the evolving needs of HR professionals.
Kevin Patrick N. Agulan
The program would benefit from greater emphasis on HR best practices and future trends to help participants stay updated and better prepare for the evolving demands of the HR profession.
Susan Grace L. Camaccho
When I first heard about the CHRM program, I was hesitant to enroll, as I initially thought it would focus mainly on leadership and related topics. However, after speaking with my mentor, Jojo Recio, who shared valuable insights and positive feedback about the program, I decided to give it a try. Looking back, I can confidently say that his recommendation was absolutely right.
The program provided me with valuable knowledge and a deeper understanding of how to become a more effective HR professional. The topics were highly relevant and thoughtfully aligned with the needs and challenges of the organization I currently work for. I truly appreciate the learning experience and the practical insights I gained throughout the program.
I would also greatly appreciate receiving copies of the presentation materials for all the topics discussed. Having these resources would serve as a valuable reference as I continue to apply the knowledge and best practices I learned in my work.
Gerald O. Labrador
All of the topics were highly relevant to my field and very beneficial to my role as an HR Manager. The insights and knowledge gained from the program can be directly applied to my current responsibilities and day-to-day HR practices.
Mohammad Ali M. Alawiya
The training was very informative and provided valuable insights. I learned a lot and gained a deeper understanding of various aspects of HR management, which will be useful in my professional practice.
Tanya Marie S. Francisco
The Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM) program was highly beneficial and relevant to my role as an HR & Admin Manager. It covered a wide range of essential HR topics, including Philippine labor laws, learning and development, employee engagement, talent management, organizational safety, productivity, and the future of work. The lessons were practical, easy to understand, and applicable to real workplace situations, allowing me to strengthen our HR policies, improve employee programs, and better support our organization’s strategic objectives.
One of the program’s greatest strengths is its comprehensive coverage of both fundamental and strategic HR concepts. It enhanced my confidence in making HR decisions and provided valuable insights that I can immediately apply in my organization.
For improvement, I suggest incorporating more real-life case studies, interactive activities, and downloadable templates or sample HR documents to further support practical application. It would also be helpful to review the quiz questions, as I encountered a few items with duplicate or incorrect answer choices that may cause confusion. Adding short video demonstrations or scenario-based assessments could also make the learning experience more engaging and interactive.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the CHRM program and appreciate the effort invested in developing a comprehensive and practical curriculum. Thank you for providing a valuable learning experience that supports the continuous growth and professional development of HR practitioners.
Jojie Sagdullas
The program provided a good learning experience and offered many new and valuable insights. Overall, it was a very informative and worthwhile program that I would highly recommend.
Joebert Perez Somosot
The program was generally good for me, but I felt that some topics covered in a single video were a bit compressed. Allowing more time or providing additional videos for these topics could help facilitate a deeper understanding of the material.
Karen F. Almenario
I found all the modules and program components beneficial, as they enhanced my knowledge and provided practical skills that I can apply in my role as a Senior Payroll Manager. The training strengthened my understanding of compliance, leadership, employee engagement, workplace culture, and digital transformation. These insights will help me improve payroll processes, support organizational goals, and contribute more effectively to the overall success of the organization.
Sheila L. Clemente
The Certified HR Manager program provided a solid and well-structured curriculum covering key HR domains. While some resource speakers demonstrated a high level of expertise, the engagement level varied, as a few sessions relied heavily on presentation materials. The flexibility of the self-paced format was a significant advantage; however, it also limited opportunities for hands-on application and peer-to-peer networking.
To further enhance the overall learning experience, incorporating more practical exercises, interactive activities, and a post-program online community for continued engagement and knowledge sharing would be highly beneficial.

I was able to gain additional knowledge and valuable insights from the training. It would be helpful if the reading materials were also available for download for easier access and future reference.
Sheryl Remollino Gutierrez
I would suggest providing PDF versions of the PowerPoint presentations and reading materials in addition to the video materials. There are times when I would like to review the lessons again, but I still need to log in to the Study On Demand platform to access them.
Overall, I found the program very educational, professional, and inspiring. I truly appreciate the learning experience and the platform used for these sessions. I look forward to reviewing the materials again and again, as they provide valuable knowledge and insights that I can apply in my professional practice.
Thank you so much for this meaningful learning experience. God bless!

It is highly beneficial that IFPM offers the CHRM program in a self-paced format. This flexibility allows me to progress at my own pace and according to my personal schedule, making it much more convenient than following a fixed timeline that may be difficult to accommodate alongside my existing commitments. The program is also well-structured, making the overall learning experience organized, accessible, and effective.

The program did not fully meet my expectations; however, I still found value in the overall learning experience. The recorded topics were relevant to my field and provided helpful insights that I can apply to my work. I also noticed that some sessions appeared to be based on older materials or content from previous batches, which made certain portions feel less current than I had hoped. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort invested in organizing the program and the opportunity it provided to gain new knowledge and perspectives.
