In addition to her full-time work, Eldee contributes as a part-time HR consultant and trainer/facilitator for a management consulting firm. She supports a broad client base—from manufacturing companies and marketing agencies to service-oriented enterprises—providing guidance on strategic HR planning, leadership training, organizational development, and policy creation.
Her achievements are backed by certifications not only in CHRP® but also as a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) under the Human Resource Educator’s Association of the Philippines (HREAP), further strengthening her credentials in people management and education.
