He also led the APAC Optimization Initiative, delivering over 20 rapid solutions per region and resolving long-standing service pain points. His leadership in process governance extended globally, where he documented and formalized unique case handling models, data subject request flows under GDPR and CCPA, and elevated knowledge base standards for consistency.

Prior to his current role, Benjie served as an HR Shared Services Supervisor at Sitel Philippines, where he redesigned pre-boarding processes, reducing onboarding time by 48 hours. He also spearheaded 201 file digitalization efforts, eliminating storage costs and enhancing document accessibility, while improving the accuracy and utility of HR metrics and reporting.

His previous experience includes leadership roles as HR Supervisor at SeidoPro Global Inc., where he revamped the performance management system to reduce supervisor bias and introduced a data-driven rewards tracking system. In earlier roles at Miguelito’s International Corporation and Fortune Packaging Corporation, Benjie established foundational training programs, developed effective grading systems, and launched company-wide orientation programs that strengthened compliance and employee engagement.

Benjie earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (Operations) from STI Global City, and further strengthened his expertise through certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Safety Officer 2 (BOSH), and HR Metrics and Analytics.
