    All courses are offered through self-paced online learning. There are no fixed schedules, live sessions, or specific start dates. Participants may complete the course at their own convenience within the access period provided.

    Refund, Cancellation, and Substitution Policy

    1. All fees paid are non-refundable.

    2. Cancellations and substitutions are not allowed once payment has been made.

    3. Registration is considered final upon successful payment.

    Program Updates

    IFPM Philippines reserves the right to make changes or updates to course content or delivery as necessary to ensure quality and relevance. Such changes do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or substitutions.
