
The Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM®) is a globally recognized designation for HR professionals awarded by the International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM) based in the United Kingdom. The CHRM® designation recognizes individuals who demonstrate advanced knowledge, leadership capability, and strategic expertise in the field of human resource management.
As a member of IFPM, CHRM® professionals are awarded a recognized professional designation represented by a post-nominal to be used after their name. The CHRM® post-nominal demonstrates professional credibility, leadership competence, and commitment to excellence in the human resource profession.
The CHRM® designation is designed for HR practitioners, managers, supervisors, and aspiring HR leaders who aim to strengthen their strategic role in organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and HR leadership.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed the CHRM® Certification Program offered by IFPM recognized providers
- Passed the CHRM® examination
- Equivalent knowledge, skills, and competencies in the field of human resource management with a minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience
- Agree to follow the CHRM® Professional Code of Ethics
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development and ethical HR practice
